Returns Policy
Because our items are generally made to order, and for copyright reasons, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Please be absolutely sure you agree to this before you place your order.
Damaged or Delayed Goods
If your order does not arrive in good time, contact us and we will do our best to help you. If the item is lost in the post we will offer a duplicate item only, not a refund, for reasons stated above.
Colours in Print and on Screen
We do our best to ensure that the colours in our prints are as accurate as possible. Mark Garlick inspects and signs every print personally. Therefore, if you receive a print and you feel the colours and/or brightness differ from what you saw on this website, please bear in mind that it is more than likely you monitor which has not been calibrated properly. We cannot be held responsible if you are unhappy with the colours in your print, and ask you to understand that some differences, hopefully slight ones, between on-screen and printed colours are inevitable.
