What is your returns policy?

What are your postal charges?
Postage and packing starts at £1.95 (UK), £3.95 (Europe) and £5.50 (elsewhere), for prints, jigsaws and calendars. We do not list postal prices because too many variables are involved in their calculation. But you can check how much postage you are paying at any time by viewing your cart or looking at the mini-cart readout, top right. We send original artworks by Special Delivery in the UK (or Airsure abroad), which includes compensation for loss or damage. All other items are sent Royal Mail First Class in the UK, or standard Airmail overseas.
What are the delivery times?
Custom prints (not sale prints) and jigsaw puzzles are generally made to order, so it may take a week or so for these to arrive in house before we can have them signed and send them out to you. All other items, though, which are always in stock, are dispatched within one to three business days.
What payments do you accept?
Credit cards, PayPal or (for UK customers only) personal cheque. Please see the payments page for more details.

What is a giclee print?
A giclee is a special kind of print made using new technology, which gives a much better color accuracy than with other kinds of prints. The images are printed with archival quality inks onto either paper or a cotton canvas — for prints that look like paintings! We offer two types of paper: a matt poster paper, with a weight of 230 gsm (grams per square metre), and a thicker paper commonly called photo rag, which has a weight of 315 gsm. The canvas, meanwhile, with a weight of 310 gsm, is varnished with either matt or a gloss finish.
Are your artworks or prints framed?
No. We do not provide a framing service.
What if I can't find the picture I am interested in?
Perhaps you've seen an image you liked on one of our sister sites (markgarlick.com or space-art.co.uk). If so, make a note of its title and enter it into the search box on the right. If there are no matches, don't worry. We can't list every available image on this site but we can make any print you want. Just email us with the title and we'll have a print made for the same cost as those on this website.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you buy three or more custom prints from any category; or if you buy three or more calendars; or if you buy four or more prints from the sale section. In all cases a 10% discount will apply.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT registered. The price you see (plus postage) is what you pay.
